TRADITIONAL WATER TAXI
Dgħajsa (Traditional Water Taxi) — The dgħajsa is a traditional Maltese wooden boat across the harbour — one of the last working examples of a centuries-old tradition. They operate from Birgu Waterfront on request and cross to Valletta's custom house stairs. €3 each way. A short and memorable experience.

INQUISITOR'S PALACE

COTTONERA LINES
Cottonera Lines — 11 min walk A 17th-century network of fortified walls built by the Knights of Malta to protect the Three Cities. You walk through them rather than visit them as such — St. Helen's Gate is the most dramatic entry point — but seeing the full scale of the fortifications from the outside puts the history of Cospicua in sharp relief.
